Inspired by my time in Alaska. The bears come with a certificate of authenticity and the story behind the sculptures. 
 
Story:
When I was 8 months pregnant with my first child, a black bear kept appearing on the walk of the motel we owned in Alaska. Sadly, instead of capturing and relocating her - this shy black bear - we in the end were obliged to shoot her. Ever since then, I’ve had a great sympathy for all bears, especially black ones. So gently pulling a black bear into being reveals a lot about me now, as shooting her in the past revealed a lot about us then.
